Playing it for three hours straight is a physical challenge, but that is the threshold we push through to keep the energy peaking. When you see us performing, you are seeing a team of brothers who treat every beat with intensity, whether it is a wedding entrance or a massive temple festival. We started this journey five years ago as a group of friends, and today, that bond is the engine behind every performance. Whether it is a traditional Chendamelam, a high-octane Shinkarimelam, or our modern fusion sets involving violins and film BGM, we focus on one thing: creating a vibe that makes the crowd move. ### Our Approach to Performance We are not just a band; we are a squad. The synchronized energy you see in our gallery comes from hours of practice and a shared passion for the art. We know that when a client books us for a wedding or a corporate event in Bangalore, they are not just looking for background noise. They want a performance that anchors the occasion. ### What to Expect * **Physical Commitment:** We don't just stand and play. We dance, we move, and we engage with the audience. It is 13 kilos of drum per person, and we bring it for the full duration. * **Versatility:** We move between pure tradition and fusion seamlessly. If you want a classic temple procession, we do it. If you want a cinematic entry for your Sangeet, we do that too. * **Brotherhood:** When you hire Mahadeva Kalasamithi, you get the whole family. We travel together, prepare together, and perform with the same synchronized spirit every time. Based in T. Dasarahalli, we regularly travel across Bangalore and beyond, including major gigs in places like Gujarat. We believe in being transparent about our craft—the sweat, the music, and the energy. ## About Mahadeva Kalasamithi We are Mahadeva Kalasamithi, a gang of brothers united by the sound of the Chenda. We don't just perform; we live for that vibration, whether it is a traditional wedding or a high-energy stage set. 💚 [See all of Mahadeva Kalasamithi's services](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_) ## More from Shinkarimelam & Chendamelam Performances by Mahadeva Kalasamithi - [Rocking the Campus: College & Onam Fests](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/rocking-the-campus-college-onam-fests) - [Unforgettable Wedding Beats](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/unforgettable-wedding-beats) - [Tradition with a Twist: Fusion Performances](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/tradition-with-a-twist-fusion-performances) - [Sacred Rhythms: Temple & Processional Melam](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/sacred-rhythms-temple-processional-melam) - [The Mahadeva Brotherhood](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/the-mahadeva-brotherhood) - [Portraits of Passion: Our Artists](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/portraits-of-passion-our-artists) - [The Art and The Hustle](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/the-art-and-the-hustle) - [On The Road: Performances Across India](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/shinkarimelam-chendamelam-performances/on-the-road-performances-across-india) ## More services by Mahadeva Kalasamithi - [Chenda Training & Arangetam Services](https://mytribe.in/mahadeva_kalasamithi_/chenda-training-arangetam-services) ## Similar work from other experts - [Authentic Chenda Melam and Kerala Percussion Ensembles](https://mytribe.in/kalavadhyam_official/traditional-kerala-percussion-ensembles-melam/featured) by Kalavadhyam · Traditional Kerala Percussion Ensembles (Melam) · Performs at events across Bengaluru and Karnataka - [Our Best Chenda Melam Performances in Bangalore](https://mytribe.in/rhythm_of_kerala_blore/chenda-melam-performance/featured) by Rhythm Of Kerala · Chenda Melam Performance · Available at venues across Bengaluru; Office in Begur - [High Energy Kerala Chenda Melam Performances](https://mytribe.in/team_kerala_events/chenda-melam-performances/featured) by Team Malayalees · Chenda Melam Performances · Performs across South India & Nagpur; Offices in Chennai & Hyderabad - [Featured Wedding Entry Performances](https://mytribe.in/kalaarohana.arts_official/themed-entrances-for-weddings-events/featured) by Kalaarohana Arts · Themed Entrances for Weddings & Events · Available for events across Karnataka; Visit studio in Banashankari, Bengaluru - [High-Energy Dhol Fusion and Grand Baraat Performances](https://mytribe.in/raja_dholis/dhol-fusion-performances/featured) by Raja Dholis · Dhol Fusion Performances · Performs at venues across Delhi NCR and travels pan-India - [Tablagram Featured Live Performances](https://mytribe.in/this_is_tablagram/live-tabla-percussion-for-events/featured) by Tablagram · Live Tabla & Percussion for Events · Travels across Delhi NCR and pan-India for events ## Book To book Mahadeva Kalasamithi, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hey%2C%20checking%20out%20your%20featured%20work%20on%20mytribe.%20Interested%20in%20booking%20your%20percussion%20team%20for%20an%20upcoming%20event.%20Are%20you%20available%3F)
