Each drum weighs 13 kilos, and maintaining that sonic power for a three-hour set requires real stamina and total synchronization. When you book us, you are not just getting a background performance; you are getting a dedicated team that has trained together to turn that heavy lifting into the driving energy your celebration needs. Our percussion style is rooted in tradition but delivered with a modern edge that fits any Bangalore event. Whether it is a traditional wedding procession, a high-voltage college fest, or an Onam celebration, we focus on creating an atmosphere that pulls the crowd into the beat. ### What We Bring to Your Event We specialize in both traditional Shinkarimelam and contemporary Chenda fusion. Our performances are designed to be mobile and adaptable, making us a popular choice for: * **Weddings:** Leading the baraat or welcoming guests with a powerful entrance. * **College & Corporate Events:** Creating hype and high-energy moments. * **Temple & Cultural Festivals:** Keeping the authentic, rhythmic pulse of Kerala alive. ### The Mahadeva Standard What sets our performance apart is the coordination within our group. Because we train together regularly at our T. Dasarahalli facility, our team moves as one unit. You won't see disjointed players; you will see a synchronized ensemble where the rhythm, the Ilathalam (cymbals), and the Chenda work together to build that 'vere level' vibe. We bring everything required for the performance, including the instruments and the experience to manage crowds during processions. We understand that an event is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, so we make sure the energy starts strong the second we pick up our sticks. ## About Mahadeva Kalasamithi We are Mahadeva Kalasamithi, a gang of brothers bound by our love for the Chenda. We don't just play; we live the rhythm, carrying the traditional beats from Kerala into the heart of every Bangalore celebration.
