For custom themes, I work with high-quality sunboard cutouts and personalized signage to match your exact vision—whether it's a specific cartoon character or a sports team. Tell me your idea, and I'll figure out the right props and balloon colors to pull it off. I love when clients come to me with a specific theme in mind. It is more fun than sticking to standard packages. Whether it is a space theme with astronaut cutouts, a cricket setup for a 9th birthday, or a colorful donut theme, I manage the whole look. ### How I Build Your Custom Theme When you share a theme, I look at the key elements that make it recognizable. For a football theme, that means green turf flooring and goal-post-inspired arches. For a space theme, I use deep blues and silver chrome balloons to create that 'galaxy' feel. I also use personalized flex backdrops and marquee numbers to make the event feel unique to your child. ### Practical Details - **Personalization:** I can add your child’s name to the backdrop or plinth, which makes a huge difference in the final photos. - **Props:** I use a mix of sunboard cutouts, themed pedestals, and neon signage to fill the space without making it look cluttered. - **Locations:** I travel all over Bengaluru, including HSR Layout, Marathahalli, KR Puram, and JP Nagar, to set up these custom backdrops. - **Timeline:** For custom themes, please reach out at least a week before the event. It gives me time to print the specific flex or source the right character cutouts to match your party's vibe. If you have a reference picture of a theme you saw online, share it with me. I can usually match the style or adjust it to fit your venue size and budget. ## About MD Event Planner I’m Mahadev from MD Event Planner. I’ve been decorating parties in Bengaluru since 2022.
