My coaching is based on my life as a mentalist and theatre actor—it is about managing energy, not just content. ### How I Structure Coaching I break down communication into three distinct pillars: * **The Theatre Foundation:** We work on your voice modulation, posture, and stage presence. You learn how to use silence, pauses, and body language to hold attention, just like an actor does on stage. * **Psychology & Mentalism:** I teach you 'safe space' techniques. If you've ever felt nervous in a boardroom, it is usually because you are trying to be clever instead of being present. We work on anxiety control hacks, including breathing and observation techniques used by mentalists to build instant rapport. * **Content & Structure:** We strip away the filler. Whether you are prepping for a corporate presentation or a simple talk, I help you craft openings that hook the audience immediately. No boring introductions, no vague observations. ### What You Actually Get My sessions are practical, not academic. - **1-on-1 Mentorship:** We do deep dives into your specific pain points, like stage fright or anxiety. We record you, watch it back, and fix the small details that make a big difference. - **Group Workshops:** For those who learn better in a cohort, we do intensive drills in central Delhi. Think impromptu speaking and theatre games that force you to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. - **Corporate Seminars:** I bring the mentalism aspect to your team.
