Guests often point out that what makes our Koramangala and Cunningham Road locations stand out is the attention to detail—like the table-side pour of saffron syrup on our fresh Kunafa or the precise brew of our Turkish coffee. We design our space for those who want to linger over their meal and disconnect from the busy city streets outside. ### An Authentic Mediterranean Escape Our dining rooms in Bangalore are built to provide more than just a meal; they are designed as a getaway. We focus on the craft behind every dish, whether it is the hours spent slow-cooking our Moroccan lamb tagine or the daily preparation of our artisan pita bread. ### What Our Guests Experience Visitors often come to Maffei for specific rituals: * **The Kunafa Experience:** This is a highlight for many, featuring cheese Kunafa prepared fresh and finished with warm saffron syrup right at your table. * **Small Plate Sharing:** Many groups prefer starting with our traditional Lebanese Mezze—creamy hummus, crispy falafel, and smoky muhammara—which encourages the shared dining culture central to our roots. * **Relaxed Atmosphere:** We curate our playlists and interior lighting to match the mood of the evening, making it suitable for a calm business lunch, a romantic date, or a relaxed gathering with friends. ### Planning Your Visit We operate in both Koramangala and Cunningham Road. Because we focus on premium table service, we recommend making a reservation, particularly for weekends when we often host live music sessions. If you are joining us for a special occasion, let our team know when you book. We focus on providing attentive service that allows you to enjoy your evening without feeling rushed. ## About Maffei Kitchen I am Chef Ammar Molki, and I opened Maffei Kitchen to bring a true slice of my Mediterranean home to Bangalore. Every dish, from our za'atar-topped Manakeesh to the Moroccan lamb, is my way of sharing the traditions I grew up with. I am always around, so do come say hello when you visit us in Koramangala or Cunningham Road.
