Each of our signature cocktails takes between 10 to 15 minutes to craft, ensuring every muddled herb and fresh fruit infusion is balanced for your palate. Whether you prefer the spicy kick of a Moroccan Mule or the complex notes of our zero-proof mocktails, you are tasting house-made syrups and high-quality spirits in every glass. Our approach to mixology starts with the ingredients. We skip the synthetic syrups found in many bars, opting instead for fresh jalapenos, muddled berries, and house-made infusions that capture the essence of Beirut or Marrakech. Our bar team focuses on the theatrics of the pour, using specific glassware like copper mugs and crystal goblets to ensure your drink looks as good as it tastes. As Bengaluru's first luxury champagne bar, we maintain a climate-controlled cellar for our international wine selection, which includes labels from Chile, Australia, and France. We serve these in large-bowl crystal stemware to maximize aeration, making them an ideal pair for our slow-cooked Lamb Shank or fresh mezze platters. If you are visiting us in Koramangala or Vasanth Nagar, you will find our bar space designed for lingering. We offer a mix of high-energy cocktails for lively evenings and quiet, zero-proof mocktails for a relaxed lunch. Each drink is prepared with 60ml premium spirit pours, ensuring that the quality of the base spirit is never lost in the blend.
