My thing is transforming spaces so they look wild, feel fresh, and get people talking. If you want event decor that’s regular, toh aap galat jagah pe ho (then you’re at the wrong place). I take your idea and flip it into something you haven’t seen before. ### What I Create - Custom fabric canopy installation - no boring tents, I go for massive canopies that pop with color and patterns. Shade plus serious wow factor for festivals and outdoor gigs. - Themed art centerpiece - giant glowing flowers, trippy string art, wild lights. If you want *kuch hatke* (something offbeat), I build it so your event stands out. - Large-scale stage design - wedding stages, huge LED setups for corporate and TV events. Bigger, bolder, better is how I roll. ### Where You’ll Find Me Mumbai is home, but I work all over - Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Delhi, Indore, Bangalore, Chennai. If your idea is big enough, I’m game. ### The Events That Pump Me Up If you’re planning a music or food fest, a shaadi (wedding) with swag, corporate gala, product launch, TV shoot, or just a party that’s next-level, I’m all in. I’m here for the ones who want their event to feel like an experience, not just a function. ## Highlights Browse through MadPoi's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/madpoi11/event-art-decor-installations/featured) - ![This is how I transform an open field into a vibrant festival space. For us, it’s not just work, it’s a mad rush - from spinning poi on a rooftop to racing my Ducati on Sunday mornings. We go everywhere for our shows - Mumbai, Goa, wherever the crowd wants us. Sometimes flights get delayed, sometimes gear goes missing, but we just keep rolling. Started with Poi spinning - old Maori art with fire and lights - now we make wild experiences. We don’t do boring. We make stuff you can’t record on your phone. ### My work - **What We Do**: Custom light shows, fire shows, LED predator acts, visual poi sequences, sky and liquid drummers, acrobats, art installations. - **Custom Shows, Your Way**: We design events around your story. Want your logo in lights or a launch that pops? We’ll build it. - **We’re the OGs**: We started this. You’ll see copies, but only we bring the real deal. Book original, skip the rest. - **Big Events Only**: We work with top brands and big weddings. If you want a visual poi sequence or sky drummer show, we deliver. ## More services from MadPoi - [Custom Light & Visual Shows](https://mytribe.in/madpoi11/custom-light-visual-shows) · ₹30K-3L per show (estimate) - [Specialty Aerial & Stage Acts](https://mytribe.in/madpoi11/specialty-aerial-stage-acts) · ₹50K-7L per act (estimate) - [Fire & Pyrotechnic Performances](https://mytribe.in/madpoi11/fire-pyrotechnic-performances) · ₹18-65K per show (estimate) ## Experts similar to MadPoi on mytribe - [Corporate & Large-Scale Event Decoration by Sai Mandap Decorators](https://mytribe.in/sai_mandap_decorators_/corporate-large-scale-event-decoration) · ₹80K-4L per event (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Event Planning & Decoration by Cherry Blossoms](https://mytribe.in/cherryblossomsstore__/event-planning-decoration) · ₹10-40K per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Music Production by DJ Ashraf](https://mytribe.in/djashraf_/music-production) · ₹5-20K per track (estimate) · Goa - [Family Photography by Ankita Nayak](https://mytribe.in/babystudiobyankita/family-photography) · ₹10-25K per session (estimate) · BabyStudioByAnkita - [Wedding & Pre-Wedding Decoration by Muraad Decorations](https://mytribe.in/muraad_decorations/wedding-pre-wedding-decoration) · ₹35K-3.5L per event (estimate) · Muraad Decorations - Birthday & Balloon Decorations in Delhi - [Modular Kitchens & Custom Cabinetry by Hometrenz Interior Studio](https://mytribe.in/hometrenz/modular-kitchens-custom-cabinetry) · ₹1,200-3,800 per sq ft (estimate) · Hometrenz - Best Interior Designers In Hyderabad - [Experiential Art for Events & Brands by Vritti Kotian](https://mytribe.in/vritti_kotian/experiential-art-for-events-brands) · ₹15K-2.5L per event/project (estimate) · India - [Wedding & Event Gifting by Lush & Rapt](https://mytribe.in/lush_and_rapt/wedding-event-gifting) · ₹500-5,000 per gift/hamper (estimate) · Pune - [Festival Decoration by Supriya](https://mytribe.in/sidhivinayak.events/festival-decoration) · ₹10-50K per event (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Outdoor Furniture & Decor by Rosemary Habitat](https://mytribe.in/ rosemary_habitat/outdoor-furniture-decor) · ₹17-45K per swing chair (estimate) · Chennai - [Maternity Photography by Ridit Photography](https://mytribe.in/riditbabyphotography/maternity-photography) · ₹7-22K per session (estimate) · Bhubaneswar - [Experiential Event Design & Production by Neha Dua](https://mytribe.in/evolve_weddings/experiential-event-design-production) · ₹12-80L per event (estimate) · Evolve Weddings ## Book To book MadPoi, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Event%20Art%20%26%20Decor%20Installations%20by%20MadPoi.)
