For a small operation like mine, every scrap of batter has a cost, which is why I prefer slow, calculated production over mass-manufacturing. It means I can control every ingredient that touches your skin, but it also means I am often here late, hand-cutting and wrapping each order myself. ### From Kitchen Experiments to Your Skincare Routine People often ask why I choose to make everything in such small, controlled batches. The truth is, my workshop isn't filled with industrial vats or automated lines. It is a space where I use a notebook, a whisk, and a healthy dose of desi jugaad to get the texture just right. When you see me hand-painting a soap or adjusting a shampoo bottle's pump because the product is too dense for a standard dispenser, you are seeing the reality of prioritizing natural, high-performance ingredients over shelf-stable, synthetic fillers. ### Why I Share My Process I believe that if you are putting something on your skin, you deserve to know where it comes from. Whether I am documenting the handwritten formula for a new Mahua butter blend or showing the chaos of labeling 200 soaps in half an hour, I want you to see the hands that made your product. It is not just about selling skincare, it is about sharing the accountability of making it. ### Sustainability as a Practice My work goes beyond just making soaps and face washes. Because I am a small business, I am deeply conscious of the waste we create. That is why I started my bottle-back campaign. It is my way of ensuring that our environmental footprint stays as small as our batches.
