It is about the feel of the ball and the quality of your practice. Here is a look at the equipment that keeps our sessions as real as a match day. ## Photos and videos - ![The tools of our trade. We use high-quality Macho's Sport red and white leather balls in our training sessions to simulate real match conditions.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/7973dd99-1af5-43b2-9433-e922d6f902c8) ## About Additional Work We use Macho Sports branded leather balls in every net session—both red and white. Why? Because you cannot learn to handle swing or spin using rubber balls or low-quality alternatives. When you step out for a match, the ball needs to feel familiar, not alien. Whether we are at Cross Maidan or our Kurla indoor nets, these balls ensure the weight, seam, and bounce are exactly what you will face in tournament conditions. ### Training with the Real Thing Many academies cut costs by using rubber balls or soft-synthetic alternatives during net practice. We do not. To succeed in the U-14 or U-19 categories, your reflexes must be tuned to the behavior of a professional leather ball. Our daily sessions include rigorous drills using these high-quality balls to ensure consistency in your game. ### Why Equipment Matters * **Match Simulation:** The seam of a high-quality leather ball behaves differently than practice balls. Our students get used to that movement every single morning. * **Surface Adaptation:** Whether we are training on the red soil of Cross Maidan or the turf surfaces at our Kurla facility, the equipment remains constant so you can focus on adjusting your technique. * **Safety First:** We believe in being 'taiyar' (ready), not injured. Using proper, high-quality gear is the first step in our safety protocols. ### Getting Started If you are looking for cricket coaching that respects your time and your talent, you have come to the right place. We don't believe in quick fixes. We believe in showing up, putting in the work, and letting the results speak for themselves. If you are ready to sweat and learn the art of adjustment, join us at the maidan. ## About Macho Cricket Academy I am Moin, and at Macho Cricket Academy, we don't believe in shortcuts. My father, Naushad Khan, built this culture on hard work and authentic preparation. We treat every net session like a match day because that is how you build champions, not just players.
