We take the time to celebrate the small victories—the first four-wicket haul, the new chapter with a dedicated player—because that joy keeps the hard work alive. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This is what brings me the most joy. 9-year-old Parth Duggal took 4 wickets in an under-14 match. It is about the smile, the confidence boost, and the proof that the hours spent on reflex drills and net sessions are paying off. We believe these moments are the fuel for the long seasons ahead. Cricket is not just about the final score; it is about the quiet hours of practice at Cross Maidan or our Kurla indoor nets. Whether it is a new player like Izaan Shaikh joining our family or a junior student finding their rhythm, each milestone marks a step in the journey. When we welcome a new player, we do not just hand them a jersey. We integrate them into a philosophy that prioritizes technical growth and mental toughness. We focus on the process—the 130kmph+ sidearm drills, the footwork corrections, and the match simulations. These are the tools that build a cricketer. Some academies only look at the stars of tomorrow. Here, we look at the person playing today. If you are 9 or 23, the commitment to improvement remains the same. We invite you to join a setup where the coaching is personal, the feedback is honest, and the milestones are shared. Remember, 'sitaron ke aage jahan aur bhi hai'—there is always another challenge waiting, and we will be here to help you face it. ## About Macho Cricket Academy I am Naushad Khan, and at Macho Cricket Academy, we are a family first.
