Our rehearsals aren't about stiff routines or perfect technique; they are about feeling the music and building confidence, whether you are prepping for a Sangeet performance or joining one of our weekend workshops. When you walk into our Vasanthnagar or Indiranagar studios, you are stepping into a space built for expression. We have invested in the technical details—sprung wooden floors to protect your knees and club-grade sound systems to get you in the zone—because we know the environment changes how you move. We handle the logistical headache of choreography so you don't have to. ### Why Train With Us Whether you are booking a private rehearsal for a wedding Sangeet or dropping into a public workshop, the philosophy remains the same: it is about the journey, not just the steps. We specialize in: * **Wedding Rehearsals:** From first dances to massive family flash mobs, we break down complex moves into manageable bits. If you are worried about your bridal lehenga or a heavy sherwani, we have specific advice on how to navigate lifts and turns in wedding attire. * **Open Workshops:** Our salsa, bachata, and Bollywood workshops are designed for anyone who wants to learn. No partner? No experience? No problem. You are welcome exactly as you are. * **The LVDS Way:** We don't believe in drill-sergeant teaching. We believe in high-energy, supportive guidance. If you get a step wrong, we laugh it off and try again. It is supposed to be fun, and our instructors are trained to keep the vibe light and encouraging. We provide recorded video tutorials for all our private sessions, so you can practice at home. We also handle the music editing, creating medleys that fit your timeline perfectly. Vamos! Come by, shake off the workday stress, and find your rhythm in our dance family. ## About Lourd Vijay's Dance Studio I’m Lourd Vijay, and I started this studio to turn dance into a conversation, not a drill.
