Our instructors are not just teachers, they are mentors who have competed on national stages and worked in the industry for years. Whether you are learning to tumble, mastering hip-hop, or preparing for a professional diploma, you are learning from people who know exactly how to break down complex movements into manageable steps. They focus on proper technique to keep you safe and confident, ensuring you enjoy the process just as much as the performance. ### Meet the Team Behind Your Progress We believe talent is only ten percent of the journey, the rest is finding the right guidance. That is why our instructors are carefully selected to bring a mix of competition experience and teaching patience to our studios across Bangalore. **What to Expect from Our Coaches:** * **Technical Foundation:** Our gymnastics team includes national-level coaches who understand body mechanics. They teach everything from basic cartwheels to advanced tumbling on sprung wooden floors, prioritizing safety above all. * **Industry Insight:** For those looking to go professional, our faculty includes dancers and choreographers actively working in the industry. They teach our Professional Dance Development Certification Program, sharing real-world skills in genres like Jazz, Ballet, and Contemporary. * **Approachable Mentorship:** If you are a beginner, you will find our instructors are experts at making you feel comfortable. Whether you have two left feet or are just looking for a new hobby, our team meets you exactly where you are. **Our Teaching Philosophy:** We do not believe in strict, rigid training that takes the fun out of movement. Our sessions are built to be interactive and supportive. You will see this in the way we handle our kids' programs, mixing arts and theater with dance, and in our adult social nights where the goal is connection as much as choreography. When you join a class at our studio, you are not just signing up for a service, you are stepping into a community where the instructors are genuinely invested in your growth—whether you are aiming for the stage or just want to get moving. ## About Lourd Vijay's Dance Studio We are LVDS, a team of dance lovers started by Lourd Vijay back in 1998.
