We aren't afraid to get our hands dirty, whether that means managing bulk logistics for hundreds of welcome kits during the monsoon or coordinating last-minute courier schedules across India. We believe in keeping the experience for you stress-free, which we call our 'zero kalesh' promise. At Lush & Rapt, our operations are built on the reality that gifting is logistics-heavy. When you order a batch of hampers, you are not just buying a product. You are relying on us to manage vendor delays, unpredictable weather, and the complexities of large-scale transport. We treat your gifting requirements with the same intensity we bring to our internal challenges. If it is a corporate event, we handle assembly, quality checks, and pan-India shipping, ensuring every single unit looks identical and arrives on schedule. If it is a wedding, we focus on the fragile details, from the delicate dried florals and custom acrylic tags to the precision folding of trousseau fabrics. Our studio in Market Yard, Pune, is where the chaos is tamed. We document these moments because transparency matters. You deserve to know that your gifts are being handled by a team that thrives under pressure. Whether it is 50 or 5,000 units, we apply the same rigour: systematic packing, reliable courier partners, and a constant drive to ensure no gift is compromised. We do this to ensure that when your recipient opens the box, all they feel is the love you intended to send. ## About Lush & Rapt We started Lush & Rapt with a dream and plenty of late nights. It has not been easy building this from scratch, but we love the rush of turning a pile of products into a beautiful, meaningful story. We treat every order as if it were for our own friends.
