I do not believe in assembly lines or quick fixes. Whether it is sourcing the perfect ceramic mug or tying a ribbon just right, every step is a deliberate choice. I want you to feel that your gift was put together for a specific person, not pulled off a dusty shelf. Building this brand from the ground up meant embracing the mess. There are late nights, vendor follow-ups, and the constant balancing act of ensuring every hamper looks perfect before it leaves my Pune studio. When you see a box from me, you are not just getting items in a container. You are getting hours of thought on how to pair a scent with a book, or how to arrange snacks so the whole thing feels like a proper unboxing experience. ### Why the process matters People often ask why I focus so much on the packaging. It is simple: the unboxing is the first impression. If I am packing a gift for a client's sister or a corporate team, I handle the rigid boxes and the tissue layering myself because I know how a poorly packed gift feels. ### How I work with you - **The Hands-On Approach:** Every hamper is assembled when you order it. I do not keep pre-packed boxes gathering dust. - **The 'Build Your Own' Factor:** If you do not want one of my standard themes, you can hand-pick the contents. I will help you balance the items so it fits your budget without losing the aesthetic. - **Avoiding the 'Kalesh':** Gifting should not be stressful. I handle the logistics, the notes, and the delivery so you do not have to worry about last-minute scrambles or generic store-bought presents. Whether it is a football-themed box for a fan or a care package for a new mom, my goal is always the same: to make the recipient feel that someone put real effort into making them smile. ## About Lush & Rapt I started Lush & Rapt from scratch because I wanted gifting to feel like a connection, not a chore. Whether I am helping you dodge a gifting disaster or making sure a hamper reaches your best friend, I put my own heart into every box.
