Because we manage the journey from raw timber log to the final polished piece in-house, we eliminate the middlemen and the guesswork. When you visit us, you aren't just browsing catalogs; you are seeing the raw materials, like our 100% Gurjan plywood and seasoned Burma Teak, before they are ever cut to size. Our story began in 1986 as Lakshmi Saw Mill. At that time, we were pioneers who introduced Burma Teak to Bengaluru, a move that defined our reputation for decades. But as the city changed, we evolved. We saw that homeowners were tired of paying for third-party craftsmanship that lacked soul, so we became LSM Interno. ### Why Wood Has 'Jeeva' We believe wood is not just a building material; it has 'jeeva' (life). This philosophy drives how we operate. We do not just buy wood and flip it. We source, season, and treat our timber to ensure it withstands Bengaluru's climate. Our team, including craftsmen like Ramesh who have been with us for over 30 years, treats every plank with the respect it deserves. When you choose us, you are choosing a process that prioritizes structural integrity over quick fixes. ### In-House Control Most interior providers outsource their manufacturing. We do not. By keeping our factory in-house, we maintain strict control over quality. Whether it is our boiling waterproof Gurjan plywood core or the finish on a custom door frame, we are the ones responsible for the result. This allows us to maintain competitive pricing without compromising on the quality of the hardware or the wood itself. ### A Partnership, Not a Sale We value the relationships we build. We combine age-old wisdom like Vastu principles with modern functionality to create spaces that last. If you are looking for authentic, long-lasting woodwork for your home, we invite you to come to our experience center. Walk through our factory, touch the wood, and let us help you make a choice that will last a lifetime. ## About LSM Interno We are the family behind Lakshmi Saw Mill, and we still handle wood with the same reverence my father did. We aren't just a supplier; we are the ones who source, season, and shape your timber right here in Bengaluru.
