We host regular events like our Dead Hang Challenge to help you track specific improvements in grip strength and posture, providing a concrete way to measure progress beyond the scale. It is a chance to step off the treadmill, test your limits, and meet the people who will actually push you to show up. ### Training for Life, Not Just the Gym We believe that fitness is a social activity. When you train alone, it is easy to skip a session or lose focus. That is why we integrate community events directly into our training schedule at our JP Nagar facilities. ### Our Approach to Challenges * **Performance Metrics:** Monthly events like the Dead Hang Challenge test your physical markers. These challenges help you understand your baseline for grip strength and shoulder stability, rather than focusing solely on aesthetics. * **The Freedom Run:** Our annual 10K run in Bangalore brings the community together outside the gym walls. It is less about being the fastest and more about testing your training endurance in a real-world setting. * **The Buddy Boost:** We encourage training with a partner. Whether it is through our group studio classes or our 'Buddy Boost' program, having someone to check in with significantly increases your consistency. ### Why Community Matters Participating in these events helps you break the plateau of solo workouts. You get to interact with members of all fitness levels, share training tips, and build habits that stick. You can join these events regardless of whether you are a current member or are just starting your journey.
