For humid days, I recommend our Russian buttercream for stability, while our lighter whipped cream is perfect for indoor celebrations. It is all about making sure the frosting stays put while looking beautiful. Baking is all about balance, and these single-serving treats are where we have the most fun. Whether you need a dozen cupcakes for a birthday or a batch of donuts for a party, everything is made from scratch in our kitchen. ### Why our treats are different We care about the 'not too sweet' profile. Our cream cheese frosting, which we use for many of our mini desserts, has a loyal fan base because it focuses on flavor, not cloying sugar.
