Here, we move beyond drills to live sparring on our rooftop ring in Palam. You will not just learn punches, you will learn how to handle an opponent and when to attack. If you are ready for actual combat training, bring your gear and let's get to work. This is not a cardio class. When you join for competitive prep, we focus on the realities of the ring: guard, footwork, and ring IQ. I personally coach every session, pushing you through high-intensity pad work and controlled sparring that prepares you for state-level bouts. My rooftop boxing facility in Sagar Pur and Palam is designed for real training. We do not just use bags, we use the mat. Whether you are aiming for the Delhi State School Games or just want to test your limits against a live opponent, the environment here is built for results. We cover technical drills, defensive counter-punching, and the specific conditioning required to survive three rounds in the ring. Expect a vocal, direct coaching style. If your guard is down, you will hear about it immediately. If your conditioning is weak, we fix it. You will learn the rules of amateur boxing, scoring tactics, and how to maintain focus when fatigue sets in.
