Whether it’s a Sunday brunch crowd at a place like Boteco or a private gathering, I adjust my setlist to match the energy of the space. I focus on managing the sound balance so the music adds to your event rather than overwhelming the conversation, ensuring it sounds great even in acoustic-heavy environments. Live music is all about the vibe. If you’ve heard my covers, you know I’m not about hiding behind heavy backing tracks. I perform unplugged sets, usually as a duo with a guitarist, focusing on 90s hits, pop, jazz, and some regional favorites. It’s stripped-back, honest, and perfect for when you want live music that feels like a jam session rather than a stage performance. ### Why Book an Acoustic Set? I’ve found that acoustic sets work best for venues where people want to talk but still have a musical backdrop. Because I don't use overwhelming sound setups, I can keep the volume controlled—which is exactly what you need for a brunch, a cafe event, or a laid-back corporate party in Bengaluru. ### My Approach to Gigs When you book me, you’re not just getting a playlist. You’re getting an interactive performance. I like to engage with the crowd, take requests if the vibe is right, and keep things light. Whether it’s belting out a ballad or keeping it chill with a jazz standard, my goal is to make sure your guests are actually enjoying the music, not just tolerating it. ### Technical Details - **Setup:** I keep my gear minimal. A standard acoustic setup for a duo. - **Flexibility:** I am comfortable with indoor and outdoor settings. If you’ve seen my cover clips, you know I’m used to adapting to different acoustics without losing the clarity of the vocals. - **Genre:** My setlist is flexible. We can go for high-energy pop if it's a party or keep it soulful and low-key for dining events. ## About Livia I’m Livia, a Bengaluru-based vocalist who ditched the desk job to chase the music life full-time.
