Whether I’m grabbing my ukulele for a Maroon 5 cover or hitting studio vocals for a deep ballad, I strip the song back to its core to make it feel intimate and raw. It’s about the storytelling in the lyrics, not just hitting the right notes. When I pick a song to cover, I’m not just looking for something catchy. I’m looking for the emotion I can pull out of it—that’s why you’ll see me doing everything from a stripped-back Tracy Chapman cover to some Disney magic. ### My Approach to Covers * **Acoustic & Organic:** My go-to is often the ukulele or piano. It forces the song to stand on its own without fancy production tricks. If you're hosting an intimate brunch or a private gathering in Bengaluru, this is the vibe I bring. * **Vocal Texture:** I focus on the 'story' of the track. If it's a breakup song, I want you to feel the hurt. If it's a happy tune, I want you to smile. That’s the same energy I bring to custom projects. * **Genre-Bending:** I don't stick to one box. I mix R&B, Pop, and regional hits (yes, Tamil and Malayalam tracks are on the table!). ### Why Book Me for Your Event? It’s not just about me standing there singing. I engage with the crowd, crack jokes between sets, and make sure the music feels like a conversation. Whether you need background music that keeps the energy high but allows for conversation, or a spotlight performance that stops the room, I adjust my setlist to match the room. If you've got a specific vibe in mind—maybe you want a set of 90s throwbacks or a mix of modern pop hits—let’s chat. I’m based in Bengaluru and ready to travel for the right gig. ## About Livia I’m Livia. I quit the corporate grind to chase melodies, and I haven't looked back since. When I’m not coaching, I’m probably obsessing over the perfect vocal arrangement for a cover or laughing about life with my besties.
