Instead, we use loose parts play and rotating themes, so your child gets to experiment, solve problems, and build confidence, not just follow steps. Whether it is a messy art project or a science experiment, our goal is for them to lead the activity and take home something they truly created themselves. ### How Our Summer Camp Works We believe summer is the perfect time for kids to build skills through discovery, not memorization. Our camps are structured into flexible weekly modules, so you can choose the sessions that spark your child's interest, whether that is high-energy outdoor movement, Phonics skill-building, or creative craft sessions. ### The Environment Both our Kothanur and Thanisandra campuses are designed to handle the mess and energy that come with summer fun. We have dedicated spaces for 'wild' outdoor play—like Kabaddi, Kho Kho, and sensory pathways—and safe indoor zones for fine motor skill development. ### Why Our Approach Matters It is not just about keeping children busy. Because we keep group sizes small, our educators can actually guide the specific projects your child is working on. If your child is obsessed with space, they will spend the week immersed in space-themed experiments. If they love building, they will be deep into loose parts play with blocks and recycled materials. We handle all the supplies—paints, dough, paper, and materials—so you simply drop them off and let them get creative. ## About Little Red Hen We started Little Red Hen because we wanted a place where children feel at home rather than just like students ticking boxes.
