Our focus isn't on winning or formal athletic training, but on building physical coordination, social confidence, and the ability to work as a team, all within our secure, turf-covered outdoor play areas. At Little Red Hen, we believe childhood is meant to be spent in motion. Whether it is a spirited game of Kho Kho on our outdoor turf or a strategic tug-of-war match, our physical activities are designed to get kids moving and thinking. We don't just 'let them play'—we carefully curate these moments to foster essential social skills. When a toddler learns to share a frisbee or take turns in a relay race, they are picking up lessons in patience and cooperation that they will carry long after the summer camp ends. Our Kothanur and Thanisandra campuses are specially designed to feel like a second home, complete with secure fencing, sandpits, and supervised outdoor zones, allowing children the freedom to get a little muddy and adventurous while parents enjoy peace of mind. We balance these high-energy moments with nutritious, home-cooked snacks, ensuring your child is fueled up for the next big adventure. From water play to structured athletic drills, every activity serves a developmental purpose while remaining undeniably fun. We believe that when kids are given the space to explore their physical boundaries in a safe, nurturing environment, they develop the curiosity and resilience that define their early years. ## About Little Red Hen We started Little Red Hen in 2014 to build a space where kids feel at home, not just like students ticking boxes. Our team is a group of passionate educators who believe that messy hands and outdoor play are essential ingredients for a happy childhood.
