### Why I Do What I Do

I’m all about catching those tiny, real moments - the sleepy newborn sighs, cheeky toddler grins, and the way families just fit together. I know how fast these days fly by, so I want you to have photos that feel like your life, not just a pose.

### How I Work

I shoot outdoors, in green spaces, using natural light. No stiff studio vibes - just you, your kids, and the world around you. I’ll guide you a bit, but mostly I let kids be kids. If your little one wants to run, jump, or just sit and stare, that’s what I’ll capture. I’m a mom too, so I get how important comfort and safety are.

### Newborn & Milestone Sessions

For newborns, I offer both classic posed shots and relaxed newborn lifestyle photography at home. I’ve got props galore - cozy wraps, baskets, floral headbands, even fun setups like Harry Potter or Krishna. For birthdays and milestones, my boho teepee setups and creative kids photoshoot ideas (think painting, music, explorer themes) are a hit.

### Cake Smash & Family Time

First birthday cake smash? Messy, hilarious, and totally worth it. I always invite parents, siblings, grandparents, and even pets to join in. If you’re celebrating something traditional, like Annaprasan, I’d love to help you keep those memories alive.

### My story

Hi, I'm Sumita Das. Festivals like Durga Puja, family, laughter - that's my vibe. I started with a wish to freeze those sweet 'pujavibes', the tiny fingers, the glowing moms, the big hugs. Each shoot, from baby bump to Annaprasan, is like saving a little piece of happiness. Families let me in - I get to hold their stories, not just snap pictures. Pure, honest, grateful. That's me.

### My work

- **Maternity, Newborn & Baby Shoots**: I capture glowing moms, tiny toes, and candid newborn moments. Annaprasan photography is close to my heart.
- **Outdoor Sessions at Golden Hour**: Love shooting just after sunrise. The light is soft, perfect for golden hour maternity shoot and family photos.
- **Candid & Natural Moments**: Props are fun, but I chase real smiles, connections, and unscripted joy in every outdoor family photo session.
- **Traditional & Cultural Shoots**: Traditional saree maternity photos, Bengali rituals, Marathi celebrations - I blend culture with memories.
