I use fresh seasonal fruits and flowers for decoration, meaning every cake is naturally vibrant without any artificial dyes or heavy buttercream. I don’t do standard cream-laden cakes. Whether it’s a birthday, an anniversary, or a school party, I focus on the 'naked bake' style. My cakes are unadorned, honest, and completely delicious. Everything is built on organic whole wheat, jowar, or millet flours, and I use only jaggery or dates for sweetness. You can easily customize your order to be eggless, vegan, or completely sugar-free. If you want a rich chocolate heart for your sweetheart or a fruit-loaded sponge for a child’s birthday, just let me know. I use the best of the season—fresh cherries, mangoes, strawberries, or aromatic spices—ensuring the flavour comes from real ingredients, not synthetic essences. I treat every celebration as if it were for my own family, ensuring that the cake isn't just healthy, but genuinely scrumptious. If you have specific dietary needs or a flavour preference, I am happy to work with you to create something perfect for your table. ## About Naked Bakes I’m Tushima. My kitchen is my 'cake lab' where I bake for birthdays, anniversaries, and school parties with ingredients I trust. I believe a celebration cake should be a treat that everyone can enjoy, guilt-free and full of real flavour.
