This is my signature whole wheat pastry crust, made completely from scratch with no refined flour. It gives my quiches a wonderful nutty flavor and wholesome texture.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/a2c05c15-d080-4876-b58c-ecf5c4e01ea2) ## About Featured My quiches are a labor of love, not mass-produced pastry. I hand-press my organic whole wheat crust until it is perfectly rustic and blind-bake it so the bottom stays crisp, not soggy. Whether it is the mushroom and chicken version or the creamy, paneer-based eggless blend, you get a hearty slice that feels like real comfort food. ### Why I avoid Maida People are often surprised that a savory tart can be this flaky without refined flour. I use 100% organic whole wheat for the crust, giving it a deeper, nuttier flavor that pairs much better with hearty, savory fillings. It feels wholesome and substantial, not heavy. ### The Eggless Innovation Developing an eggless quiche was a challenge I took on personally. By using a dense, creamy cottage cheese and milk base instead of eggs, I have created a texture that holds its own with corn, peppers, and cherry tomatoes. It has been a massive hit for kid-friendly gatherings and vegetarian dinner parties. ### Perfect for Parties These are designed for sharing. Each 9-inch quiche serves 6 to 8 people generously. They hold their structure well, meaning you can easily serve them at home parties without worrying about a mess. If you are in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, these make for a reliable, wholesome centerpiece that looks as good as it tastes. ### How to Order Since I bake from scratch, I do not keep ready stock. I need a bit of lead time to source fresh veggies and ensure the crust is baked to the right level of crispness. Just send me a message with your party date, and we can discuss which flavor will suit your table. ## About Naked Bakes I am Tushima.
