The whole wheat crust is filled with colorful veggies, then I pour over the creamy cottage cheese custard. Topped with cherry tomatoes and basil, it looks so beautiful when it comes out of the oven.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c12fd1d4-5de5-47d1-9de8-39ed739accd1) ## About Creamy Eggless Vegetable Quiche Getting the texture right without eggs was a challenge, but I cracked it. Instead of an egg base, I blend fresh cottage cheese and milk to create a dense, creamy custard that holds its own. It is packed with crunchy corn, peppers, and fresh cherry tomatoes, then baked until the crust is golden. Dekho kitna beautiful lag raha hai when it comes out of the oven, that is the feeling I love most. ### Why I Switched to Cottage Cheese For a long time, my customers asked for a savory option that didn't rely on eggs. I didn't want to use store-bought thickeners or processed binders. After some experimentation in my kitchen, I found that high-quality cottage cheese (paneer) blended with milk creates the perfect consistency. It keeps the quiche moist and protein-packed without using any maida or refined additives. ### The Whole Wheat Difference My crust is 100% organic whole wheat. It has a slightly nutty flavor and a rustic, hand-pressed texture that store-bought pastries just don't have. I blind-bake the shells first to ensure you don't get a soggy bottom, even with the juicy veggie filling. ### Perfect for Your Next Gathering Whether you are hosting a teen party, a weekend brunch, or just want a healthy snack for the week, this quiche is designed to be shared. - **Portion Size:** Each 9-inch tart serves 6-8 people. - **Freshness:** Everything is baked to order, so you get it warm and fragrant. - **Customization:** If you have specific veggie preferences or allergies, let me know when you reach out. I keep the seasoning classic with herbs and black pepper, but I can adjust the spice level if you are planning for kids. ## About Naked Bakes I’m Tushima, and my kitchen is my 'cake lab'.
