Please reach out a few days in advance if you are eyeing specific festive flavours like my Gulab Jamun cake or holiday plum cakes, so I can ensure everything is ready for your special date. My kitchen is all about making treats that you can feel good about serving. For birthdays, anniversaries, or festival gatherings, I shift away from the standard maida and white sugar route. Instead, I use organic whole wheat, ragi, or jowar flour, and sweeten things with jaggery, dates, or coconut sugar. ### Why my festive bakes are different - **Baked Fresh, Always:** I don't keep inventory. When you book a cake, I start the process based on your date, ensuring maximum freshness. - **Seasonal Inspiration:** I love working with what is available. In winter, you will find my boozy rum plum cakes or spiced fruit bakes. In summer, I might lean into mango or citrus pairings. - **Creative Flavours:** Whether it is the crowd-favourite 4-in-1 Valentine's box or a fusion treat like my Gulab Jamun cake, I love experimenting with flavours that feel like home but are entirely guilt-free. - **Dietary Flexibility:** Most of my celebration cakes can be customised to be eggless, vegan, or gluten-free. Just let me know what your guests need, and I will find a way to make it happen. Everything is packed in eco-friendly Kraft paper boxes, making them perfect for gifting or bringing to a family gathering. If you have a specific vision or want to mix and match flavours, we can definitely chat about it. ## About Naked Bakes I’m Tushima.
