You can see the shine on our tempered couverture chocolates, smell the almond flour in our fresh macarons, and ask our team exactly how we source our ingredients. It is an experience that goes beyond the screen. ### Our Bengaluru Locations **The Jakkur Kitchen** This is where the magic happens. We prefer to think of our Jakkur store as more than just a retail space; it is an extension of our kitchen. Visit us here if you want to see our full range, including our signature Velvets—made fresh with dairy cream just hours before they hit the display. It is the best place to understand why we refuse to use vegetable fats or compound chocolate. We are open for those who appreciate the slower, more deliberate process of fine patisserie. **Kempegowda International Airport Kiosk** In a rush? We are also present at the Kempegowda International Airport. It is the perfect stop if you need a last-minute gift that carries the L'inouï signature of quality. Whether it is a box of truffles or our almond flour macarons, our airport selection is designed for the discerning traveller who refuses to compromise on quality, even while on the move. ### Why Visit in Person While our online presence gives you a glimpse, coming in person offers a sensory experience. You can see the texture of our ganache, discuss our current flavor rotation, and pick out the perfect gift box. We often have small-batch experiments that do not make it online, and visiting allows you to get a first taste of our latest seasonal creations. If you are in the city, come by for a chat about what makes true couverture chocolate different from the mass-produced alternatives found elsewhere. ## About L'inoui We are a team obsessed with one thing: absolute purity in chocolate. Come meet us in person at our Jakkur store or pick up a box at our Kempegowda International Airport kiosk.
