It validated my commitment to the technical side of my craft, specifically how I integrate Dialux simulations and precise beam angle planning to achieve the mood a client wants. These experiences influence how I approach your space, ensuring the lighting is both scientifically sound and artistically impactful. Speaking at industry forums like the SmartHome Expo is about more than just presenting a portfolio. It is about advocating for the 'Modulating Space with Light' approach. In these sessions, I break down how lighting is not a post-construction afterthought, but a core architectural layer that defines how a room feels and functions. My recognition as a 40 under 40 designer in 2021 was a turning point. It highlighted that modern lighting design goes beyond picking fixtures. It is about understanding the science of how light interacts with textures, the accuracy of Lux levels for office productivity, and the art of framing architectural features. Whether I am designing for a commercial lobby or a private home, I bring this same technical rigor to every project. My goal is to use light to make a space feel alive, and these industry contributions allow me to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in controls and energy-efficient systems. ## About Light Inspired Thinking I am a lighting designer who sees every project as an opportunity to change how we experience a room. Whether I am speaking at an expo or working on a new design, my goal remains the same: to turn a space into something that feels truly alive.
