## About Commercial Lighting Design

### Every Space Has a Story

When I walk into a commercial space, I see more than walls and furniture. I see how light can change the mood and make people feel something - comfy, curious, wowed, or just at home. My thing is using light to create those moments that stick with you.

### How I Work: Layered Lighting

I don’t believe in just turning on lights and calling it a day. I mix things up with a layered lighting strategy:
- General lighting for a soft, welcoming base
- Workspace illumination solutions for focus and comfort
- Accent lighting for art displays and features that deserve attention
- Integrated joinery lighting tucked into shelves and cabinets for that extra touch

Every layer has a job. Together, they build the vibe you want for your business, whether that’s chill and professional, energetic and bold, or something totally different.

### Designed for Your Business

Offices need to keep people awake, inspired, and looking good on video calls. Retail spots should make products pop and guide shoppers, while galleries need light that lets the art do the talking. I tailor everything so your space works for real people, not just in photos.

### Team Effort

I’ve learned that the best results come when I work side-by-side with architects and designers. We chat, share ideas, and get the details right so the lighting fits perfectly into your vision.

## Meet your expert

[Light Inspired Thinking](https://mytribe.in/lightinspiredthinking)

### My story

We’re Light Inspired Thinking. I’ve always been a bit obsessed with how light changes everything. My own house? Tore down the walls just to let it glow like a lantern at night. Bangalore Golf Club was a dream project – childhood memories and all that. Being named in the '40 under 40' for lighting design? Still can’t believe it. At the end of the day, it’s all about creating spaces that feel alive, just by playing with light.

### My work

- **Architectural Lighting & Light Art**: We design lighting for homes, offices, restaurants, retail, facades, and also create light art installations.
- **Layered Lighting for Mood**: We mix general, decorative, joinery, and accent lights for the right mood—relaxed, dramatic, or party-ready.
- **Storytelling with Light**: We highlight textures, walls, and details, making spaces feel bigger, richer, and more interesting.
- **Concept to Reality**: We start with sketches, work closely with architects, and bring the lighting vision to life together.
