My method combines my own journey of transformation with solid, proven tools. I blend Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to rewire how you react to triggers with Vedic principles—like abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (detachment)—to help you find inner stability. ### Why Choose This Path If you feel like you are losing yourself in your roles, relationships, or daily stress, you are not alone.
