Our Zumba sessions are designed for everyone, whether you are coming back to fitness after a long break or just looking for a workout that doesn’t feel like a chore. We keep the groups small, usually between 10 to 20 people, so you get plenty of room to move without worrying about bumping into anyone. Zumba here is less of a drill and more of a release. We combine cardio with high-energy music to make sure you burn calories without staring at a clock. We operate out of our Sector 57 studio, which is kitted out with AC, mirrors, and a sound system that keeps the energy in the room high. We keep our structure straightforward. If you are looking for consistency, our monthly membership gives you 12 sessions across 30 days, scheduled three times a week. It is a great way to build a habit with the same crew. If your schedule is unpredictable, don't worry—we offer single drop-in passes so you can join whenever you have the time. What to expect: - A 60-minute session where the focus is on fun over perfect technique. - High-energy tracks led by instructors who are more interested in your energy than your footwork. - A safe environment where judgment is left at the door. Since we cap our batches at 20 people to keep the vibe right, it is best to ping us before you head over for a drop-in.
