It validated the late nights and the hustle, but honestly, the real win is knowing my cakes have become a staple for your birthdays and festivals. When you order from me, you are not just getting a dessert, you are getting something made from scratch in my Powai kitchen, where no premixes or shortcuts are ever allowed. My journey started quite simply, juggling baking for my little one at home with the dream of opening my own shop. I am still the same person behind the counter, mixing the batter and packing the boxes, just with a slightly bigger oven now. My philosophy remains unchanged: food should be honest and fresh. Whether it is a giant party cake for an 'it-girl' or a small box of brownies for a midnight snack, I treat every order like it is for my own family. I believe in avoiding shortcuts, which means you get real ingredients in every bite. That is why I love creating custom, themed treats that actually match your vibe rather than following a catalog. From Diwali hampers that light up family gatherings to kids' baking workshops where I get to share this craft with the next generation, every part of this business is personal. I am grateful for the trust you have shown me, and I cannot wait to bake your next story. ## About Let's Eat Hi, I am Aakanksha. It is wild to go from kitchen counter baking to running the Let's Eat shop here in Powai, but seeing you enjoy these treats makes every hour of work worth it.
