Whether you are in Powai for a quick pickup or need a festive tin shipped pan-India, my cakes are baked fresh to order and packed to ensure they reach you just as moist and flavorful as they left my oven. ### My Christmas Kitchen Tradition For me, Christmas baking starts long before December. It begins with the fruit-soaking ceremony—a tradition I absolutely love. I spend weeks prepping the finest dried fruits, spices, and peels, letting them soak until they are plump and infused with deep, festive flavor. This process is the secret to why my plum cakes taste like a real home-baked holiday treat. ### What I Offer - **Traditional Plum Cakes:** Available in 1/2kg and 1kg sizes. I offer the classic boozy version, but I am big on inclusivity. If you prefer a non-alcoholic or eggless option, I have perfected recipes that maintain that same rich, moist texture without compromising on taste. - **Festive Treats:** Beyond the classic cakes, my holiday collection includes Yule logs with chocolate bark and meringue mushrooms, gingerbread cookies, and my popular White Chocolate & Cranberry loaves. - **Gifting:** All my festive items are packed to travel. If you are sending love to friends or family across India, my festive tins are designed to keep everything fresh and beautiful upon arrival. ### How to Order I bake in small batches to ensure quality, which means slots fill up quickly as the season approaches. If you are local to Mumbai, you can pick up your order directly from my bakery in Powai. For those further away, I offer pan-India shipping on select items. DM me early to get your orders in so you aren't scrambling for a last-minute dessert. ## About Let's Eat Hi, I'm Aakanksha! I run Let’s Eat in Powai, and for me, Christmas is all about that specific smell of warm spices and soaking fruit that fills my kitchen. I pour that same nostalgia into every festive box I bake, just for you.
