Seeing my customers enjoy these guilt-free treats is my biggest win, right alongside winning the Best Newcomer Bakery award. It confirms that when you bake with heart and honest ingredients, the results speak for themselves. Building a bakery from my home in Powai has been a wild journey. I am a one-woman army, meaning every cake that leaves my kitchen is handled by me from start to finish. This, honestly, is the only way I can ensure the quality my clients deserve. ### Why My Clients Keep Coming Back People often come to me skeptical. They have heard that without eggs, refined sugar, or refined flour, a cake cannot be delicious. My mission is to change that narrative. When you see a client finishing a slice and asking for seconds, that is the feedback I value the most. ### Award-Winning Dedication I was incredibly honored to receive the 'Best Newcomer Bakery 23-24' award at the Food Connoisseurs of India Convention. It was a surreal moment for me, but it also served as a reminder of the community I have built. Whether it is a tiny bento cake for a solo craving or a multi-tier wedding masterpiece, my approach remains the same: treat every order as if it were for my own family. ### My Philosophy I believe cake is always the answer. If you have an idea, no matter how wild, I want to bake it into reality. I prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients and personalized designs over mass production. If you are looking for a baker who listens to your vision and delivers it with a smile, you are in the right place. ## About Let's Eat I'm Aakanksha, the one-woman army behind Let's Eat. I pour my heart into every layer, whether it is an award-winning recipe or your next birthday surprise. Baking is my way of being part of your story, one sweet slice at a time.
