I do not use premixes or shortcuts, which is why you will see me tempering chocolate for my signature ganache or manually painting mirror glazes. When you order a cake, you are getting something baked fresh specifically for your occasion, not something pulled off a freezer shelf. My kitchen is where the hustle happens. Whether I am piping a classic chocolate truffle cake or sculpting fondant figurines for a themed birthday, the process is always hands-on. ### My Craftsmanship * **Mirror Glaze:** My galaxy-themed cakes get that signature shine without using gelatin or agar-agar. It is a temperamental process, but it is worth it for that perfect, glass-like finish. * **Character Cakes:** From Minecraft to superhero themes, I use a mix of edible prints and hand-sculpted fondant. I focus on getting the colors and details exactly right so your kid sees their favorite character come to life. * **Fresh Ganache:** I prefer fresh ganache over heavy artificial coatings for my drip cakes.
