My savoury bakes are built on the same obsession with quality ingredients and technique. Take my Korean cream cheese garlic buns. They are not just bread; they are a soft brioche bun, soaked in a garlic-herb glaze and stuffed with a rich cream cheese filling that balances flavour and texture perfectly. ### Local Flavours & Scratch-Made Craft I lean heavily into seasonal and cultural flavours that feel like home. My Masala Biscuits, for instance, are a direct nod to local tastes, packed with fresh curry leaves, shallots, and green chillies. They make for the perfect tea-time snack. During the festive season, I prepare limited-batch pies using that signature homemade puff pastry.
