When you join our veterans program, you are stepping into a structured 11-a-side setup that plays in the official MFA league. We train to compete, with tactical sessions and sports therapy support to keep you on the pitch. If you are 45 or older and still have that hunger to play a serious game, this is where you belong. ### Why We Play Serious Football We started Lemon Break Sports FC Veterans because we realized that the passion for the game does not fade with age. Many players over 45 stop playing because they cannot find a proper 11-a-side setup. We changed that. We compete in the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) Veterans League, which means you get real matches, official referees, and a league schedule that demands discipline. ### Our Training Approach We treat our veterans exactly like our competitive youth squads. You are not just turning up to run around. Our coaching includes: * **Technical Drills:** Work on your touch, ball mastery, and passing accuracy in our bi-weekly sessions. * **Tactical Positioning:** We hold chalkboard sessions to discuss build-up play and defensive shape so the team functions as a unit on the pitch. * **Fitness & Recovery:** We use low-impact agility ladders for joint health and provide on-ground sports therapy to manage fatigue and minor injuries. ### What You Get When you sign up for the season, you are part of the family. This includes your official team kit, MFA player registration, and a consistent schedule of 8 to 10 matches at grounds like Neville D'Souza in Bandra. We focus on the fundamentals because we want every player to enjoy the thrill of a well-executed move or a clean sheet. If you miss the competitive fire of matchday, come train with us and earn your spot on the team. ## About Lemon Break Sports I started Lemon Break Sports 12 years ago because we missed out on real opportunities growing up. Whether you are 10 or 50, if football is in your blood, you have a place with us. We treat every match seriously because we know that age is just a number when you have the passion to play.
