12 to 16 high intensity sessions per month at Bandra and Marol guided by AFC 'A' licensed coaches.

Typically ₹3,200-4,500 per month (estimate)

#### Training Specifications

*   **Duration:** 90 minutes per session.
*   **Locations:** Rotational access to St. Stanislaus turf (Bandra) and full grounds at Supari Talao or Marol.

### MFA League Registration & Kit Package

One time seasonal fee covering official MFA player ID, home and away kits, and 10+ competitive matches.

*   **Affiliation:** Processing of Mumbai Football Association player ID card.
*   **Eligibility:** Valid for 2nd Division competitive league matches.

### Senior Competitive Program Highlights
If you want competitive football and not just casual kickabouts, this is where you join in. Our senior men’s and women’s squads compete in Mumbai Football Association league teams, giving you the chance to show your talent where it counts - against real opponents in official matches. We also do pre-season tours and arrange friendlies with other professional clubs, so you get all-round exposure.

- We want players from Mumbai, Suburbs, or Thane who are committed and disciplined.
- Age doesn’t matter - umr koi maayne nahi rakhti (age doesn't matter). What matters is your drive, skills, and how badly you want to win.

We focus on smart, effective football. Our AFC licensed football coaches (including me) take sessions that go deep into the little details: tactical intelligence, two-touch play, and building game fitness into your system. Our goalkeeping coach sorts out keepers separately.

### My story

Football was all we knew growing up—no fancy coaches, no scouts, just pure pyaar (love) for the game. That’s why we started Lemon Break Sports Academy 12 years back, so kids today get the chances we missed. We’re not just another football academy—we’re a family. Doesn’t matter if you’re 10 or 50, if football’s in your blood, you belong here. For us, it’s about building Indian football, one crazy match at a time.

### My work

- **Football Coaching for All Ages**: We train kids, teens, adults, and even run a 45+ veterans football coaching program. Girls, boys—sabko welcome (everyone’s welcome).
- **MFA League Trials & Goalkeeper Training**: We hold MFA league football trials and offer specialized goalkeeper training for those who want to go pro.
- **Our Training Philosophy**: We believe in hard work, discipline, and learning from every miss and goal. No shortcuts—just grind.
- **Focus on Fundamentals & Game Sense**: From ball mastery to tactical drills, we build players step by step—muscle memory, game smarts, all of it.
- **Mumbai-wide Football Community**: Our centers in Bandra, Mahim, Marol, Ghatkopar, Kandivali train players from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane. Sports therapists on ground too.
