We operate with a strict no-gadget rule in the Dojang, and our schedules are built to maximize physical conditioning alongside the technical ITF Taekwon-Do curriculum. Whether you are aiming for district championships or just starting your journey, expect sweat and real discipline from your very first session. ### Our Philosophy: Effort Counts Twice We built this academy on a simple belief, effort counts twice. In our Dojang, respect is non-negotiable. Whether you are a four-year-old child learning your first stances or a competitive athlete eyeing national medals, the standards remain the same. We train like we have never won and compete like we have never lost. ### Modern Standards for Serious Training We are now a Khelo India Accredited Centre. This status means our facility meets national standards for safety and coaching quality. We maintain fully matted EVA foam flooring to prevent injuries and operate in a climate-controlled environment, which is essential for consistent training throughout Delhi's heat. ### Curriculum and Technology We stick to the official ITF Taekwon-Do syllabus, covering Chagi (kicks), Jirugi (punches), and Sogi (stances). However, we also integrate modern tech. We use Sportdata electronic scoring in our daily training, ensuring our athletes understand modern tournament rules and pacing before they ever step into a competitive ring. ### Joining the Squad Our regular batches are strictly limited to 10-15 students. This cap ensures our coaches can provide individual attention to your form and progress. For those serious about competing, we run an Elite Competition Squad that trains five days a week with a heavy focus on sparring strategy, plyometrics, and agility drills.
