## About Global Exposure: Seminars & Workshops

You aren't just learning from local instructors. By hosting world-class experts like Sabum Sally Gleaves from England and attending International Instructor Courses in Malaysia, we integrate the latest global ITF technical requirements directly into our daily Delhi sessions. This ensures the Taekwon-Do techniques you practice here are exactly what is currently being taught on the international competition stage.

### Bringing the Global Stage to Delhi
Martial arts, especially ITF Taekwon-Do, is not static. It evolves with every international competition and instructor certification. We do not believe in operating in a vacuum. By actively participating in International Instructor Courses (IIC) and hosting global experts, we ensure that what we teach at our CR Park and Kalkaji centers is current, precise, and globally accredited.

### Recent Engagements
We recently completed the International Instructor Course in Penang, Malaysia, training directly under Grandmaster Paul McPhail and Master Jerzy Jedut. This was intensive training on the latest technical requirements and ITF standards. We bring these insights back to our daily classes, ensuring every student—from a beginner white belt to a national competitor—practices the exact 'Sine Wave' and technical precision required at the international level.

### Empowering Our Community
Our seminars go beyond technical drills. Hosting women's seminars with champions like Sabum Sally Gleaves (VI Dan, England) allows our female students to learn from the best in the world. These sessions focus on mindset, pattern intricacy, and the specific challenges faced by female competitors. It is about providing exposure that isn't typically available in standard classes.

### Why This Matters for You
When you train with us, you are part of a wider ecosystem. You are not just memorizing forms; you are learning the 'why' behind every movement. Whether it’s conditioning drills from global masters or updated sparring rules, we filter the best of the international circuit down to your training session. This is how we ensure that when you step onto the mat, you are training with the best possible guidance.
