This collection highlights the creative side of my journey and how I visualize discipline beyond the dojo. ## Photos and videos - ![It's a surreal and humbling feeling to see yourself as an action figure. It required the same precision and planning I apply when designing a corporate leadership workshop. Every detail matters, from the stance of the figure to the structure of your team building event. When I build a 3D model or design a new piece of art, I follow a process that is strikingly similar to how I approach coaching. You start with a blank canvas, define your constraints, and build until you reach the final result. That is exactly how I design my corporate training sessions. Whether it is an Athlete Mindset Workshop or a self-defense seminar, I do not believe in off-the-shelf solutions. I look at your team's specific challenges and build a session that addresses them directly. My work in 3D art taught me that if you rush the foundation, the final product will fail. The same applies to professional development. We spend time on the fundamentals of communication and resilience before moving into the high-energy drills. This creative outlet is just another way for me to practice focus and commitment, skills that I am ready to bring to your organization. If you are looking for a workshop that goes beyond standard team building, let's connect. ## About Arka Mandal I am Arka. I lead Legends Martial Arts and I believe that discipline should be creative.
