Our entire team—from lead educators to support staff—undergoes regular Basic Life Support (BLS) training and peer-led workshops to ensure that every interaction is both nurturing and expertly prepared. Our team consists of early years educators, occupational therapists, and development specialists who share a common purpose: to honor the child’s voice. We don't hire just to fill roles; we look for individuals who demonstrate the curiosity, empathy, and patience that define the Reggio Emilia philosophy. ### A Culture of Continuous Learning Teaching is a practice of constant refinement. Our team meets regularly to share observations, review documentation, and reflect on the 'why' behind our methods. This is why every single staff member, including support staff, undergoes comprehensive Basic Life Support and first-aid training.
