Our team in Green Park operates differently. We rely on the principles of Reggio Emilia and neuro-diversity to guide our interactions. When you join us, you are not just getting a job title. You are entering a space where quiet is valued as much as active engagement, and where our sensory gyms and art stations are designed to spark wonder rather than simple compliance. Our fellowship program is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond standardized milestones. You will work alongside our senior team, observing how we utilize proprietary sensory tracks, fine motor tools, and messy play to help children thrive. We value curious minds, those who ask questions and are willing to unlearn old methods that prioritize conformity over connection. We look for practitioners who bring more than just a degree. You bring your capacity for patience, your ability to witness a child's struggle without the urge to immediately fix it, and your dedication to the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
