That is why I stick to a strict GFC (Good for Construction) drawing set before we even touch a hammer. It prevents expensive on-site rework and ensures your electrical looping and false ceiling designs match the final 3D render perfectly. Renovating a commercial space is different from a home. It is not just about aesthetics; it is about workflow efficiency, AV integration, and meeting building codes. ### The Turnkey Difference I manage the execution from demolition to handing over the keys. This means you do not have to coordinate between a plumber, a carpenter, and an electrician. I handle the civil work, flooring, networking, and modular furniture installation as a single point of contact. This prevents the typical 'blame game' between contractors when something goes wrong. ### My Approach to Office Design * **The Hello Point:** Your reception is the most critical area. I focus on branding walls and custom desks that set the tone immediately. * **Pantry & Breakout Zones:** Modern offices need functional, hygiene-focused pantries. I use stainless steel (SS 304) cabinetry for durability and low maintenance. * **Lighting & Ergonomics:** I plan lighting based on task requirements to prevent screen glare, which is vital for team productivity. ### Project Stages 1. **Planning:** We start with 2D space planning to optimize your carpet area. 2. **Visualization:** You get photorealistic 3D renders so you know exactly how the office will look. 3. **Execution:** I am on-site to ensure the finish quality matches the mood board. Whether you are refreshing a conference room or doing a total floor reset, my goal is to deliver a workspace that feels professional and functions seamlessly. ## About Asra Khateeb I’m Asra.
