Whether I am painting a community mural or leading a retreat, I follow a four-phase cycle: inhale, absorb, marinate, and exhale. This ensures that what we create is born from real stories and genuine breathwork, not just surface-level aesthetics. If you are looking to pause and reconnect with yourself, my upcoming Goa retreat is the space for that. ### Finding Your Shakti I believe art is my oxygen, and my mission is to help you find yours. This cluster captures the essence of how I blend travel, art, and mindfulness. #### Mindful Art Retreats in Goa If you are tired of the daily grind, I host intimate, 7-day retreats in North Goa (Assagao/Mandrem). These aren't just art classes. I integrate my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training background to offer Hatha and Ashtanga flows, guided breathwork, and meditation. You will walk away with your own canvas and a clearer sense of your personal 'Shakti'. Everything is included—from farm-to-table vegetarian meals to all art supplies. #### Travel & Paint India Tour I am currently touring Bharat, taking my practice to public walls. From Fort Kochi to Coorg, I collaborate with NGOs and local communities to turn blank walls into mirrors of their culture. I don't just paint; I document stories. If you have a space that needs a mural, I bring my own scaffolding, safety gear, and a process that involves the local community. #### The Mural School For those who want to do what I do, I am launching a hands-on masterclass. This is for aspiring muralists who want to learn the business of art—pricing, scaffolding, scaling, and client management—not just the brushstrokes. Whether you want to join a retreat to slow down or commission a mural that tells a story, let’s connect. I work with intention, and I look for projects where we can build something meaningful together. ## About Sneha Chakraborty Hi, I am Sneha. I left my desk job years ago to pursue art as a way of living, not just a career. Whether I am teaching yoga in Goa or painting a mural in Kerala, I am always looking for the stories that need to be told.
