Whether it's setting the perfect 'meeting mode' in your conference room with one tap or ensuring your office lights shut down automatically after hours, we focus on retrofit solutions that deliver a premium experience without the headache of major rewiring. ### Making Your Space Work for You Automation is often over-complicated, but our approach is simple: we make your existing environment smarter. Whether you are running a busy office, a gym, or a home, our systems are designed to fit your current setup without tearing down walls. **Why our clients choose retrofit automation:** * **Zero Rewiring Mess:** We use advanced modules that fit behind your existing switchboards. You get a modern, glass-touch interface without the construction dust. * **Complete Control:** You aren't tied to one system. Control everything through our app, via voice commands with Alexa or Google Assistant, or simply use our sleek, high-end physical touch panels. * **Smart Energy Logic:** Our sensors don't just 'detect' motion; they save you money. For office and gym clients, we implement auto-cutoff schedules so your AC and lights never run unnecessarily after hours. ### The Versatility of Our Work As you can see in the images above, our work spans across different sectors. * **For Offices:** We set up automated conference rooms where a single 'Presentation Mode' command lowers blinds, starts the projector, and dims the lights. It impresses clients and saves time for your team. * **For Commercial Spaces like Gyms:** We manage zone-specific lighting and climate control to match the energy of the workout, allowing owners to focus on their members rather than flipping switches. Everything we install comes with a 5-year on-site service support, because we know technology needs to be reliable to be worth it. If you have an existing space and want to add these modern touches, we can usually get the installation done in just 4 to 6 hours. ## About LazyNest We believe your space should listen to you, not the other way around.
