That's why I focus on retrofit automation modules that hide behind your existing switchboards. You get a completely responsive smart home—from voice-controlled curtains to mood lighting—without any construction work or changing your interior style. My approach to home automation isn't about forcing new technology on you, but making your current space work for you. After 150+ installations, I've realized that the 'wow' factor usually comes from simple, reliable mechanics—like motorized curtains that actually open when you wake up, not just when you remember to pull them. ### Why Retrofit Works You don't need a new house to have a smart one. I use modules that sit behind your current switches. This means: - No construction dust or mess. - Your existing home aesthetic remains untouched. - It takes less time to install than a standard electrical upgrade. ### The Quality I Stand By I stick to proven hardware because the last thing I want is a tech headache. I predominantly use Somfy® and Dooya motors for curtains because they are genuinely quiet—you won't hear them whirring in the background. My team and I handle the end-to-end integration, from setting up the 'Good Morning' routines on your phone to configuring voice commands with Alexa or Google Home. ### Customizing Your Scenes A smart home should feel like it knows you. I help you set up scenes like 'Movie Night,' which dims the lights and closes the blinds, or 'Leaving Home,' which shuts down all appliances at once. Whether you are in Pune, Mumbai, or Delhi NCR, my team ensures every sensor and switch is calibrated perfectly. If you are curious about what’s possible for your specific floor plan, let's chat about what you want to automate first. ## About LazyNest I started LazyNest because I was tired of tangled wires and switches that didn't listen. Now, I spend my time helping you reclaim your peace of mind by making your home respond to your voice and touch. I handle all the tech, so you can just focus on chilling.
