For this birthday, we used an 8ft arched backdrop combined with slim, gold-finish pedestals to create height and depth without taking up floor space. Notice the decorative white bicycle prop near the balloons; using a metal frame like this helps anchor the floral arrangements and keeps the visual balance even in tight, indoor settings. When planning indoor birthdays, the biggest challenge is maximizing impact without making the room feel like a storage unit for props. In this project, we focused on 'zoning'—separating the main photo-op area from the rest of the room. We used a pastel palette of pink and purple, which works well in both natural light and indoor evening lighting. The custom arched backdrop serves as the focal point, while the marquee letters provide that necessary personalised touch that pops in photos. **Why these design choices matter:** * **Balloon Garlands:** We used an organic mix of chrome and matte balloons. Unlike standard uniform arches, this style creates texture and looks less 'boxed-in' for indoor photoshoots. * **Decorative Props:** The white metal bicycle isn't just for show; it acts as a secondary pedestal for flowers, drawing the eye down and creating a balanced composition. * **Lighting:** *Aa lightings hogbitre nimge chennagi kaanodu*—if the lights aren't right, the whole look is lost. We always recommend adding warm-white LED strips to your marquee letters to ensure they stand out against the backdrop. Whether you are hosting at home in Koramangala or a small banquet hall, our process is the same: we measure your space, select frames that don't block movement, and use props that tell your specific story. We bring everything needed, including the marquee letters and display stands, ensuring the setup is ready before your guests arrive. ## About Lavish Event Hey, I'm Naveen from Lavish Event.
