I design balloon arches, themed welcome boards, and aisle runners that build excitement before the main event even begins. ## Photos and videos - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/0341f5e6-8128-45c4-b44a-5aff6fb66e40) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/0c8fafa8-047e-40ab-b85c-8253ee560c40) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/1670c883-e23e-4da6-ad1c-52b74fc99c81) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/24570504-b5b1-446c-ac72-2dd0ba08de2a) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/25c430ec-12e9-4834-abcf-e122fb91f774) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/2ffb0b31-d11a-4f37-a0c9-dc80e6a383b9) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/3f3ab1b5-f045-45a7-9dc7-cd82c0ea1dab) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/44c18b00-ef3e-47a6-bb92-ea715093e0a4) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/52697895-5fec-4d73-b72b-1ad0aed87bfd) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5d9f5022-e25c-41fc-a5cf-8853c7e6564d) - [Video: ](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8e6ce426-43d3-4de7-99fc-4287034bf0c4) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/9f43a81c-6945-4597-875c-820c01ed7fa3) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/a3bd7e6e-cdd9-4932-95b3-2cd021f49a0c) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b233cf96-c4ef-42af-97f5-8767d3ea27ab) - [Video: ](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b2ba01cf-d3eb-4ebc-b134-07b234c60478) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/cf789d98-a8d6-4b1d-b582-8db9b2fbac5a) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/e285aa6e-9869-442d-a13a-76bafcf368d3) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f00200b2-e32a-4310-b8e4-bb58dddc5736) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f03c6cfe-75bf-426b-84c1-ae387580474e) - ![](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/fe59aea8-b05b-4fa7-ae31-a592a56cef5b) ## About Welcome in Style I pay close attention to the flow of your venue entrance. Whether it is an apartment clubhouse or a large banquet hall, I design the entryway to connect seamlessly with the main stage theme. You will see me personally measure your space to make sure the balloon arch or character cutouts fit perfectly without blocking the walkway, keeping things safe and photo-ready. The first ten seconds of your party determine the vibe for the rest of the day. When guests walk in, they should immediately feel the theme, whether it is a Butterfly wonderland, a Space adventure, or a Jungle safari. My goal is to transform a plain venue door into a clear 'Welcome' statement. ### Why the Entrance Matters An entryway is more than just a gate. It acts as the perfect photo opportunity for parents and kids before the chaos of cake cutting and games begins. I use organic balloon garlands, which mix matte, pastel, and chrome balloons, to frame the space. Unlike standard arches, these have a more modern, flowing shape that feels lively and less rigid. ### Customization & Materials * **Welcome Boards:** I customize these with your child's photo and name, ensuring they match the exact color palette of the stage setup inside. * **Character Cutouts:** Whether you choose life-size butterflies, animal standees, or superhero figures, these are placed at the entry to greet guests and set the mood instantly. * **Aisle Decor:** For longer walkways, I often suggest small balloon clusters with attached cutouts to guide guests to the main area, making the entire venue feel like one cohesive world. ### Making it Work in Any Space I have worked in various Bengaluru venues, from compact apartment clubhouses with narrow doors to expansive banquet halls with high ceilings. If you have a specific space constraint, tell me about it. I can adapt the arch size and the density of the balloon work to ensure it looks balanced and full, not cramped. Let's make sure your entrance makes an impact. ## About Lavish Event I am Naveen, and I truly believe that the entrance sets the whole vibe for your party. I have helped over 2000 families in Bengaluru make their events pop, and I treat every entryway like the red carpet. If you want your guests to be wowed the second they step in, let's talk.
